Hi, my name is Katy Stokes (she/her) and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Michigan with over 10 years of experience working with people experiencing grief and loss, unexpected life changes, family or parenting stress, and generalized stress and anxiety. I am culturally-affirming, believe all people deserve to be listened to without judgment or shame, and treat each client with dignity and respect. I fully affirm and welcome LGBTQIA+ persons.

My therapy style is warm, non-judgmental, and at your pace. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, attachment-based, and narrative therapies. You will find a safe therapeutic space to explore and take the first steps toward healing. It is an honor to co-create that space with you and to support and empower you on your journey.
