With over twenty-five years of clinical experience in all types of settings- inpatient, outpatient, hospitals, schools and private practice - I now work primarily with women of all ages and have developed a deep toolbox and an eclectic style to meet my clients where they are. It’s a journey to create the life you wish for, and my role is to find the right questions to help you. Many of my clients carry the weight of trauma, life stressors and transitions. I’ll walk that journey with you toward the life you want and like many of my clients you may want to return for "refreshers" as new challenges arise!
