My approach is collaborative, holistic, and rooted in care. I am equal parts creative and scientific, and enjoy drawing from a variety of therapeutic resources (Psychodynamic Therapy, EMDR, NMT (Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics), Mindfulness & Movement).
My primary experience is in working with foster and adoptive children and families. I have provided parent coaching and counseling, counseling for children of all ages, family counseling, and group counseling in home and office settings. My focus has been on issues of attachment, fear and anxiety, depression, and the multitude of ways those struggles can manifest.
It takes a lot of courage to ask for help, and I would be honored to partner with you as you seek relief.
