I have worked in the field of mental health for 9 years, in different treatment settings that treated a multitude of psychiatric conditions. I specialize working with adults who have duel-diagnosis of substance use and mental health issues. I have had extensive training in treating trauma disorders, mood disorders and personality disorders.
My therapy philosophy is about meeting a client where they are at and allowing for them to self-direct their treatment. I am down to earth and easy to relate to, I don’t advise what I wouldn’t do myself.
