Hi there, I'm Katie! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. If you have been noticing that feeling of never being caught up or always tired regardless of how much sleep you get? Or maybe you are having some doubts around your current relationship? Family stress or unsure how to implement boundaries? I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, adoption, relationship issues, family conflicts, and trauma and abuse. I will support you in exploring your history and uncovering patterns you may not even be aware of so that you can begin to have more control of your emotions and be excited about your life and relationships again. I know from my years of experience working with individuals that you have the ability to make big changes in your life. If you are ready to do the work, you will be amazed at how capable you are to explore parts of yourself you never knew existed. The process of therapy can allow you to grow more quickly than you ever have before. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey. My clients are very high-functioning, motivated, and committed to making changes in their love life and I love providing them with tools and techniques so that they can reach their potential and ultimately stop coming to therapy.
