Hi! I'm Kathy, a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with over 15 years of experience in a variety of outpatient settings working with both adolescents and adults. I primarily focus on anxiety and related disorders, stress management, depression, bipolar disorder, life transitions, LGBTQIA+ identities and related concerns, OCD, and overall wellness. I practice from a trauma-informed perspective and tailor evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions, to meet the unique needs of each person.
