About
Life can be really challenging. As a counselor and art therapist, I am here to help. My areas of focus include helping clients struggling with difficult medical diagnoses, grief and loss, and rehabilitation. My practice is trauma-informed and I have a passion for aiding in neurological and medical recovery. I am interested in bringing those skills to counseling people who are struggling with the after-effects of Covid-19.
I also practice art therapy, which comprises a blend of traditional “talk therapy” and therapeutic art-making. Whatever your age or artistic skill level, art therapy can offer a unique outlet for those feelings and experiences that are difficult to put into words.
I believe compassion, empathy, and insight in the therapeutic process are all necessary for personal growth. Whether you are looking for counseling or art therapy, I am here to help you along your journey. Together we will foster your insight and internal strengths to create positive change.
