My approach to counseling is unique to each clients goals and challenges. I have advanced training in trauma and dissociation and am a member of ISTSS. My approach to counseling is generally psychodynamic. I believe that our early life experiences shape the lens through which we view the world and through increased awareness and insight we can promote lasting change. However, I also have experience in CBT, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and career counseling. I have also completed training in Play Therapy that I utilize in child therapy.
