I have had my own private practice for 20 years. I work with clients on anxiety, depression, relationships, and childhood issues. I work primarily with adults of all ages. I assist my clients in uncovering and reaching their goals. In our collaborative relationship, I seek to provide a corrective relationship experience to address concerns and help clients feel better in their day-to-day lives.

My style is eclectic, psychodynamic and relational. I'm trained in Cognitive Behavioral therapy, relaxation and hypnotherapy which I weave into my work where appropriate. I have had success treating anxiety, and I have a strong mind/body approach. I am open-minded and non-judgmental, comfortable with a variety of clients' lifestyles..
