About

I am a licensed therapist in Minnesota with an LPCC. I've practiced in ND and MN for over 10 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, neglect, families with child welfare involvement, trauma and PTSD, personality disorders, psychosis, bipolar disorder, abuse/neglect, attachment related issues, adoption and foster care, LGBTQ+ challenges, as well as many other areas of concern. I specialize in trauma including utilizing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for those with trauma experienced in childhood and adulthood.

My therapy style is down to earth and genuine. I enjoy having a sense of humor about life and often incorporate this into my therapy sessions. I believe in holding space for the deep pain people face in their lives and helping them reprocess that pain. My approach incorporates many modalities and I will utilize all of the therapy models that best suites each individual based on their input and specific needs.
