Hi, Kathryn! I am a Doctor of Social Work. Most of my career has been spent working with individuals with Substance Use and Chronic Pain but I have a lot of experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Adoption, and Trauma. When not working, you can catch me with my five kids (yes, really), reading, doing random home DIY projects, or enjoying our state's outdoor beauty. I firmly believe we can all do hard things (with help). I aim to be that support for my clients so that they can truly heal, grow, and thrive.
