About

I am a Marriage and Family therapist licensed in Pennsylvania with 8 years of experience working with couples, families, and individuals. I have worked with clients to address a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, parenting, grief and postpartum depression. I have also worked with people who have experienced trauma (i.e. physical/sexual abuse, grief).

My counseling style is warm, compassionate and supportive. I believe everyone has strengths with which they can build on and utilize as tools to work through their challenges. My approach incorporates a client-centered focus with the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic, Eco-systemic structural and solution focused therapy.

I believe people can rebuild and work through challenges through empathy, support, and determination.
