I recognize how important and difficult it is to reach out for help and choose a therapist. I believe the therapist/client relationship should be collaborative. I work across the lifespan with a broad range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, grief and loss. I also work with relationship issues and divorce. I believe each client is different; therefore, I use an integrative approach and offer a non-judgmental environment for exploration of issues, goal setting and generating solutions.
