I am licensed in Texas with 7 years of professional work experience. I consider it an honor to carve out a safe and compassionate space for others to navigate their life path. My approach to therapy is holistic in nature and collaborative with you, the client. I hold space for clients as we explore the root of your struggles, and concerns, as well as areas of healing, growth and transformation. We will also address the current manifestations and the specific changes or tools that can be effective in helping you live a life that is more aligned with your highest & most authentic self.

I currently specialize in addressing mental health issues (anxiety/depression/burnout/stress management), interpersonal relationships ( motherhood/perinatal & PostPartum Care, boundary setting/assertiveness), & religious trauma/faith transitions. In order to help my clients achieve their goals, I use my training in polyvagal theory, ACT, & trauma as a CCTP.
