I am a mental health counselor. I started in the field of family-based therapy and worked there for over 2 years. Through that experience, I have worked with grief, trauma, parenting issues, couples/relationship issues, and how that affects the child.
My current methodology on counseling is existentialism. Although that is not always the right fit, I can adjust my style according to the situation and to how the client(s) feel comfortable. Overall I am a humanistic therapist.
Working with a variety of people from family-based to outpatient and school-based therapy, I am open-minded to all situations. I am currently working on my Ph.D. which enables me to continue to learn. I would hope to learn with you as well as we work through your situation.
