As a marriage and family therapist licensed in California with 10 years of experience, I've worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, trauma, and life transitions. I have worked with clients who have experienced domestic violence, emotional abuse, and sexual assault.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. A foundational principle in my practice is that everyone is treated with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, Gestalt and trauma-focused counseling. I tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
