I am licensed in Alabama with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, & depression. I have specific experience in working with young adults who are trying to develop a sense of who they are as well as life goals. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I believe the counseling relationship is about providing support while navigating life’s challenges. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
