I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I have years of experience working in a clinical setting with individuals and couples. I have experience working with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, anger management, eating disorders, ADHD, and PTSD. My therapy style is collaborative, warm and I like to use a little bit of humor. I use many techniques and interventions that I feel will benefit each person I see. I have been influenced by Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Strategic, Humanistic and Virginia Satir's model.

It takes courage to explore a more fulfilling life and begin the process of change. I would like to be there with you along this journey of discovery to provide the support you need to have the life you desire.
