I take a person centered holistic approach to therapy in which we consider all aspects of your life. I graduated from Case Western Reserve University and I am a Licensed Masters of Social Work. I am under the supervision of a LCSW-S. I am passionate about working with individuals with eating disorders and body image issues and have experience in working with both. I have spent several years working in a treatment center which specializes in eating disorders and I have considerable experience with anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder. I have a special interest in Acceptance Commitment Therapy and apply it in my practice regularly. I also am familiar with several other types of therapies which I use to help personalize my work with each person. I am continuously learning about the treatment and effects of trauma and keeping up to date with evidence-based practices including working on being certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) . I am excited to get to meet you and work collaboratively to achieve your goals so you can live a life of meaning and purpose.
