I’m a Marriage & Family Therapist/Author/National Speaker & Yoga Teacher, with a private practice. I specialize in Couples Therapy, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, & Life Transitions, and am passionate about helping clients gain awareness of who they are, what they need, and what is the getting in the way!
