As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have worked with individuals, older adolescents, and couples for over twenty years. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life.
Often achieving goals or solving problems can be achieved in a relatively short time. Treatment may include problem focused and solution-oriented strategies. Chronic or multiple issues needing longer therapy is also available.
I am also a trauma specialist including EMDR.
