About

I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been working in the mental health field for over 8 years. I have worked with clients with varying life challenges including relationship issues, parenting challenges, depression, anxiety, attachment, physical trauma, and emotional abuse among others. I come from a humanistic, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused background and am certified in Trauma-Focus Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I try to build a safe and empathetic environment for my clients to express themselves and work toward building a more peaceful life. I treat every client with respect and work collaboratively toward goals they believe in and want for themselves. I am compassionate yet real in order to help my clients gain insight into how their current actions or beliefs may be hindering them from reaching their full potential.
