I am licensed in Connecticut with 25 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, as well as relationship issues, I am a trained trauma therapist and and have many years working with domestic violence and sexual abuse survivors, I have may years assisting clients coping with grief and loss. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
