Serving extraordinary individuals, couples and families has been a privilege for me in my 20+ years of post-graduate experience as a clinical social worker. Beginning with the assumption that all people are inherently worthy of dignity and respect, we work together to explore how your values and your strengths can be leveraged to increase your joy and your overall life satisfaction. Mentally, spiritually, physically and financially -- you lead this journey as I accompany you and reflect back what I observe.

I am a licensed clinical social worker who is licensed in Illinois
and California with over 23 years of experience working in mental health. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and the ups and downs of parenting. I have also helped many people who have experienced traumatic loss and who have survived violent crime.

My counseling style is warm and open to identifying solutions and strengths. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, family systems and strengths-based strategies. We will collaborate in order to create a treatment plan that meets your unique and specific needs.
