The foundation of my therapeutic practice is the belief that Change allows us to move forward, Transformation allows us to be our best self, and Reflection provides us with the best options for the future by looking back on what we have accomplished! I am licensed in Vermont with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, college or career difficulties, and much more. I am hear to listen and help guide you to find the best version of yourself. I look forward to being invited on this journey with you.
