Hello! I am Dr. Kathleen Tresness and I am a licensed psychologist who works with clients in the Illinois area. I have over 10 years of experience providing psychotherapy. I strive to treat clients from a holistic approach, by not only focusing on their specific mental health symptoms, but also focusing on their environment, relationships, goals, personality, spirituality, and physical health. I believe clients should be active in their treatment process, so I continue to reevaluate treatment on an ongoing basis with the client to make sure they are getting their needs met.

I provide psychotherapy for individuals of all ages for a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, interpersonal and relationship struggles, postpartum concerns, addiction, grief and loss, significant life changes, and more.

I appreciate the treatment experience and have deep respect for the clients that I work with. I am happy to assist clients in their journey and support their growth and change.
