I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut with over 32 years of professional experience, working with adults and adolescents in a variety of treatment settings. Throughout my career, I have developed great skills in helping clients manage stress and anxiety, build communication skills and strengthen relationships, work through trauma and abuse, develop healthy ways of managing anger and other unpleasant emotions, and enhance adaptive coping skills. Sensitive to the needs of clients, I am able to tailor interventions to meet their unique needs. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have enormous strengths that will assist you in overcoming life's challenges.
