I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Oregon and Washington with over 25 years of clinical experience and training. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and offer a collaborative approach to working with others. I believe in the importance of gaining an understanding of one's emotional history and helping to align behaviors with values. I offer in person office visits, virtual appointments and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy sessions. I work with individual adults, families and adolescents and use a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Family Systems Therapy and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.
