I believe that people make choices that affect their behavior and ultimately other areas of their personality and mood. I feel that by looking at issue individually, that a plan can be developed that will assist the client in adjusting their thinking and choices thereby helping them change their behavior which will change the way they look at and get along in the world.
The primary method I use in therapy is a cognitive behavioral approach, however other methods may be used when needed to meet the goals of my clients. My clients have ranged in age from age 3 to adult with individuals, couples, and families.
