Hello, my name is Kathey Hodges, and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) and a Life Coach. I have over 20 year's experience in working with individuals, families and groups to help them to maximize the development of their potential and the fulfillment of their aspirations, goals and needs. As a therapist and coach, I aim to help people develop the skills they need to gain a clear understanding of what it is that they want to achieve and to determine how to get there.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including in relationship issues, women's issues, stress and anxiety, motivation, confidence and self-esteem, life purpose and changes, career development/workplace issues, midlife crisis, compassion/caregiver fatigue, and anger management.

My approach includes Cognitive- Behavioral, solutions-focused, and narrative therapies. My helping style is strength-based, client-focused and interactive. I believe that every person deserves to be heard, understood, and treated with the utmost dignity.
