Hello! I'd like to start off by welcoming you to this platform. My name is Katie Waugh and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) in the State of Ohio. I have nearly 12 years of experience working with people in various settings including community based, inpatient and outpatient locations. I am available to help you navigate the circumstances that brought you here to therapy in a welcoming and positive manner. Additionally, I place great value in each individual’s lived experience as well as cultural and personal perspectives. I have experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns such as: depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship problems, parenting concerns, major life changes, pandemic burnout, and grief/loss. No problem is too big or too small; we can work together to overcome it.

My approach to counseling is to let the client be in the driver's seat. You are in charge, and I am here to help guide you when needed. I look forward to working with you!
