I am an LCSW licensed in Texas with 18 years experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, avoidance, attachment, relationship and abuse issues.
I am the type of therapist who is respectful and direct in my approach. I use Cognitive-Behavioral ( Relationship between emotions and actions), Dialectical (Regulated emotions), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Rationalization), Exposure Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (Identifies Negative Socialization Patterns), Psychodynamic (Identifies Historical Triggers) and Emotion-focused Therapy (Awareness and Regulation of Emotions).
