Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have a provisional license in Art Therapy with focus in trauma work. I have worked with a wide range of clients and concerts including relationship issues, family dynamics, depression, and anxiety.

I believe in treating everyone with compassion and respect and in creating a safe and interactive space. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, strength based and creative techniques. I create treatment plans around each individual's unique and specific needs and believe in a client-centered approach- meeting each individual where they’re at.
