About

I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania with over 10 years of experience as a therapist working with individuals with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, phobias, co-dependency, addiction, brain injury, trauma and abuse. I am a certified clinical trauma professional and a certified brain injury specialist and I have gained my experience by working in different settings such as correctional environments, in patient and out patient rehabilitation and community based settings.

I consider myself to be a theoretically integrated clinician who places value on a client centered approach. I believe that it is important to support individuals with identifying challenges and help them to construct realistic and achievable goals in order to build insight and confidence for success. It is not always easy to ask for help, but you are not alone in your journey.
