Hello! Thank you for exploring my profile on Find A Therapist. Making the decision to access support can be an important first step in taking the time to be an active participant in improving aspects of your life you may be struggling with at this time. I have been a social worker for more than 17 years and have experience working with people from many different backgrounds who are struggling with a variety of challenges. Much of my experience has been working with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, family / relationship issues, and LGBTQ+ issues.

I attended Loyola University of New Orleans and received my BA in psychology and then earned my Master of Social Work degree from Tulane University in 2004.
I would describe myself as open-minded and empathetic of others, while also helping and challenging others to find their strengths to more confidently interact with the world around them. I also believe that the lens through which we see and engage in the world around us can greatly impact our interactions with others and how we experience life. I would be happy to act as a partner in your journey to identify, prioritize, and work towards your goals.
