Are you tired of being sick and tired? Do you need a change, but don’t know where to start? Are you often angry, agitated, stressed, having difficulty focusing at home, work or school, have unresolved trauma? I seek to provide a non-judgmental safe space for you to begin or continue to address life stressors, so you can heal and grow. Therapy is not one size fits all! Together we will find what fits you. I utilizes a mixture of multiple approaches (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality, Solution Focused, Client-Centered etc.), by taking a holistic approach of focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. I also use mindfulness and body awareness to help you feel more grounded and whole. As 21 year veteran of the Air Force I know how difficult it is to ask for help. I also know that asking for help also a sign of strength. If you’re dealing with life transitions, relationship difficulties, work difficulties, school issues, anxiety and/or other mood disorders there’s no better time to start feeling better than today.
