In an ever-changing world, we so often find ourselves lost in transitions and trying to make sense of the curveballs that impact our lives and those in our communities. I focus on creating a space where clients can feel safe and comfortable amidst the feelings of instability in internal or external environments, while simultaneously fostering a relationship with clients to support them in navigating the inconsistencies. I believe that with the right tools and support, you will be able to navigate these challenges with confidence and resilience. I have experience working with individuals who are impacted by grief and loss, trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, anger, lifestyle changes, and low self-esteem. Not only am I comfortable working with children, adolescents, and adults, but I also have experience supporting individuals that are indirectly impacted by these challenges (caregivers, friends, partners, etc.). I offer a wide array of treatment modalities and support, some including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Play Therapy, and other various behavioral interventions and modifications.
