I am a mental health therapist of over 15 years licensed in both South Dakota and New York. I enjoy assisting clients reach their life worth living, who are coping with stress, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, impulsivity, attention difficulties, obsession and compulsions, trauma, and phobias. I am client centered and will start where you are at. I am here to help clients reduce emotional and behavioral problems to begin to reach their goals.

I have been extensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy which is a helpful and effective treatment for those with suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviors, emotional disregulation and confusion about self. I also have a certificate in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and work with who have anxiety and depression. I also do mindfulness training to help reduce stress and live in the moment.
