Welcome, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist providing individual therapy to people seeking support. I have been working in mental health for over 20 years as a Therapist, Clinical Supervisor and Program Director with community non-profits serving underserved and Latino communities. Currently I am focusing on providing a safe space to those finding themselves with anxiety, depression and/or trauma. You are not alone although we at times feel alone. We will utilize various evidence-based models based on your needs. You will develop cognitive behavioral, relaxation, mindfulness and poly-vagal toning techniques to address your current life challenges. Looking forward to joining your healing Journey.
