Seeking therapy does not have to start when you are feeling your worst. Therapy helps maintain a level of functioning to continue on your road to success. However, if you are in a place where you feel hopeless, you've already taken a huge step in your recovery. It is not easy to ask for help. I have been in this field for over 10 years. I graduated from University of Maryland, Baltimore with my Masters of Social Work. I strive hard to provide a professional, non-judgmental, safe space for you to work through your smallest and biggest of problems.
I have experience with all age groups. I used a variety of evidence and strength based approaches to assist all clients to help themselves to achieve their personal goals. I have been trained in trauma informed therapy and have additional training in military PTSD.
Additionally, I have knowledge and training in Employee Assistance Programs. Helping clients through personal problems increases productivity and presenteeism & absenteeism at work.
