Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado and have been practicing for a little more than 5 years. I have worked in a variety of settings from residential adolescent treatment facilities to counseling individuals coming out of homelessness and addiction. Through these experiences I have learned from people dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, grief and loss, life transitions, and more. My counseling approach is person centered. I also pull from theories such as Cognitive Behavioral, Existential, and Narrative therapy.

I believe we were designed for connection. And I believe therapy can be a wonderful place to practice connection in a positive way. My hope is that this is a space where we can explore who you were you authentically made to be.

I know it can be daunting to let someone else, a stranger, into the most intimate parts of your life. My hope is that this is a place where those I work with can feel seen and supported in whatever they are walking through.
