I'm a mental health therapist and health and nutrition coach, who also spent several years living and working overseas. I use an integrated and holistic approach to treatment in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment. I incorporate faith/spirituality into treatment when desired. I work with all ages and stages of life. I strive to educate and support health, healing, and growth in holistic, integrative ways that nourish your whole body, mind, spirit, and soul. I will always advocate for identifying and holistically treating the root cause for all sources of mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health so we can be whole, healthy, and empowered.
