I specialize in lessening the effects of trauma and breaking the cycle of addiction. I maintain a private practice in Benton, AR.

I have been a licensed therapist since 2006. Among my areas of experience are vocational services, relational issues, family discord, ADD/ADHD, acting out children, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I began working with sexual trauma as a peer counselor in 2000. Once finishing my masters in Vocational Rehab with additional family courses to complete requirements for a Licensed Associate Counselor then continuing with a supervisor for 3 years to become fully licensed in Arkansas as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Since then, I have been working with many people experiencing trauma and addictions along with anxiety, depression and such, to help them find the better them.

As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

I believe clients DESERVE to be treated fairly and honestly. I prefer to work with my clients to help them achieve the life of their choosing, not my choosing. We all have an idea of what we want in life and how we want our lives to be, "our ultimate goal". Many times in life we experience obstacles and challenges which can interfere with us reaching that goal and making the most out of life. We will work together to help you achieve "YOUR ULTIMATE GOAL"!!!
