Katherine works with clients from a holistic approach, taking into account all aspects of the clients life (social, relational, emotional, mental, physical, cultural and environmental) that may impact overall wellness. Mindfulness work, attachment based strategies, cognitive behavioral techniques, and regulation strategies are often utilized in sessions. Katherine works with a variety of population but offers therapeutic support to parents, children/adolescents, and athletes working on performance related issues. Katherine has additional credentials in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment theory, and is currently earning her Certified Mental Performance Consultant credential through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. Katherine has extensive training and experience in working with the developing minds of children and adolescents. Katherine also works with adults on improving their experience of anxiety, exploring root causes, and identifying better ways to cope.
