I am passionate about helping people reach more peace and understanding in relationships and working with my clients through the vulnerabilities and strengths that exist in their relationships. Affordable counseling is something I think is essential for everyone even if they don't have insurance. I believe that helping my clients restore trust and communication is essential. When I work with individuals I take a holistic approach to navigate the issues they may be struggling with and focus on meeting their goals . My goal in every session is to make my clients feel heard and validated no matter what is going on in their lives. I also speak Spanish and open to doing Spanish speaking sessions. Im currently trained in Gottmans therapy level 2 and am in process of moving towards certification. I have also been trained in Emotion Focused Therapy and Adlerian Therapy. Together, we'll find solutions to the issues you have had or are currently struggling with. My goal is to help you move forward and have growth in your relationship and self.
