"Without consultation, plans are frustrated, But with many counselors they succeed."- As a therapist, I choose to join you in the journey that has been created for you, by others or due to individual moments in time. As part of the journey to find clarity, peace, balance, or guidance, I can offer support in the form of counseling. In the beginning, we will create a relationship based upon active listening, trust and respect.
After this has been created, we will learn about patterns that have created barriers for yourself and others in your life. Toward the end of our journey, goals and strategies will have been created which will result in peace and balance. Individual needs will be addressed as they are discovered or discussed in counseling.
