Hello there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I have over 5 years of experience working as a therapist in an agency and private practice setting. I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children with a wide range of concerns including, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, self-esteem/confidence, career challenges, and stress management. I use and integrative approach to therapy drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, holistic, and other trainings in evidenced based approaches. Through the integrative approach, my goal is not only help you solve for your "right now" problems, but help you gain the tools and techniques for the future and whatever it might bring you.

In therapy, I will be present and focused on you and your goals. My counseling style is supportive, compassionate, and warm. I believe counseling is most effect when the therapist "meets you were you are at", and then builds on the skills and tools you already have. I think it is helpful to look at the "whole person" and the areas of your life that are influencing you (body, mind, soul, environment, etc.) I am straight forward with my style, appreciate a sense of humor, and good example.
