About

What should your client know about you? Katelyn supports journeys to emotional clarity, trauma healing and self discovery. As a first gen Latina graduate from Columbia University, she is passionate about providing unconditional positive regard to adults to help them understand their struggles with anxious symptoms, trauma experiences and tough life changes. Her approach is person centered and non judgmental, meeting you where you are in this moment in time to elevate your best self. What is your approach to therapy? My goal is to provide a safe and genuine space to share in your journey. I work alongside you in a way that meets the pace you need while also motivating you for the change you desire. I believe you know yourself best! I am here to provide judgment-free support in that discovery and maybe even have some fun along the way of getting to know you’re best self. Finding space to exist is difficult, Katelyn can provide a welcoming space where you will feel heard and accepted What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? As a queer latina, finding space to exist is difficult, I can provide a welcoming space where you will feel heard and accepted. The healing and change occurs both in and out of therapy, so I keep you accountable with empathy and understanding. I am available by text or emails in between sessions when needed and discussed as extra support. Growth is never linear and they’ll be some set backs at time. I’m here to guide and remind you of the strengths you already possess!
