Hi! I am so glad you're here! My name is Katelyn and I am a licensed independent social worker/supervisor. I have been working as a mental health therapist for six years. I utilize an open, compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy. I use person centered talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused methods. I have a lot of experience helping people with a variety of diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, ptsd and many others.
