I work with clients to help slow down reactions, calm emotions and identify patterns in their life. Together, we will develop and practice more adaptive ways of dealing with life's challenges. I integrate a variety of approaches and techniques into my work based on your unique needs. My goal is to help you gain an awareness of the connections between your thoughts emotions, and body sensations. Working with the body helps to experience a situation differently and in turn creates an opportunity to act in a new way. I often incorporate mindfulness and breathe work into my practice and focus on the mind body connection.
